Return and Repair Policy
Here at Gemour Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If your order isn't quite right for any reason, we're here to help you. Just give us a call within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a prompt replacement, refund, or store credit equal to the value of the returned items.
Items Not Eligible
We cannot provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling and packages received that do not have a return authorization number (RA). Please call us before returning an item to obtain your unique RA. We will cover shipping charges if it is determined damage to a product was done due to our handling of the order. Please include all original packaging and tracking number when making a return.
Please note: The $100 order minimum still applies when making a return. If the total cost of your order falls below $100 after initiating the return, you must make a return for your entire purchase.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange items for equal value in your order within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping fees.
