Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States and U.S. Territories. Your packages will be conveniently sent using USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose an alternative shipping method.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and options will be displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gemour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at supportwholesale@gemour.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns Policy
We provide a hassle-free return policy of 30 days, with no questions asked, and offer free domestic return shipping. Should you wish to return any item purchased from our online store (wholesale.gemour.com), you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to do so, provided that it is in its original packaging and properly packaged. Please ensure that all packing slips, manuals, accessories, and any free gifts are included in the return. Additionally, stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, intact, and in their original positions.
If you decide to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us, and we will be glad to issue a return shipping label for you to send the items back to us. Once we receive the items in their original saleable condition, we will promptly issue a refund for the original purchase price. It's important to note that we are unable to refund any of the original shipping and handling charges.

Damages and issues
If your order happens to arrive in a damaged condition, we kindly request you to contact us immediately at supportwholesale@gemour.com, including your order number and a photo depicting the item's condition. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For product exchanges, we recommend the most efficient method to ensure your satisfaction. Please initiate a return for the item you currently possess. Once the return is accepted, we advise making a separate purchase for the desired item. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically using your original payment method. However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.

Gemour wholesale is proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all jewelry and accessories purchased directly from our official website, wholesale.gemour.com. We are committed to ensuring the quality of your Gemour piece for as long as you possess it. Our warranty covers both materials and manufacturing defects, including but not limited to damaged stones and settings, as well as lost stones.
Should any covered piece exhibit defects in material or workmanship under normal wear and tear, we will provide free repair or replacement services, covering both components and labor charges. In the event that repair or replacement is not feasible, we will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase. To avail of these warranty benefits, please provide proof of purchase from our official website when submitting a return or repair request.
